1. No Returns & No Refunds:
All sales made on AutoShieldSa are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and/or video proof
- Include your order number
Failure to report issues within 24 hours of delivery will result in the claim being declined.
If approved, we may offer a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
3. Incorrect Orders
AutoShieldSa is not responsible for:
- Incorrect products selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues
- Installation errors
- Damage caused by improper use
Please ensure the product is suitable for your vehicle before purchasing.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:
- Immediate investigation
- Submission of delivery confirmation and order evidence
- Possible blacklisting from future purchases
